Javascript: create Form / List from Array

The job has two parts: 1. fill the variables from an array that holds the HTML-Types, names and values? for each field in the form ? into the approriate fields of a HTML-form. Since this is a general function for all forms to come, all field types are covered. 2. dynamically write the HTML - table rows of a list and include the values of an array that has been loaded by an external event.
