Domain Name Catching / Snapping Tool

We need a tool or a script which is able to monitor and catch deleted domain names. We do not need the possibility to enter more than 1 domain name per task. But we need this tool for our own purposes only. **Programming Language** It's up to you in which programming language you'd like to code this one, but it has to be compatible with Win XP or it has to be compatible with Apache Webserver (if you code it in PHP for example). **Test / Demo **We need a demo version of the tool to make sure your tool actually can beat [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] at least twice within 1 month (successfully catches at least 2 expired domain names within 1 month). If the test is successful you'll receive full payment immediately and maybe you'll be hired for further projects in the near future! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, CGI or C/C++ or Visual Basic ... etc.
