Ruby on Rails/MySQL/Apache/Ubuntu Server Optimizin

We run a substantial number of sites utilizing Ruby on Rails with MySQL databases on Ubuntu. We are in the process of doing some upgrades to our software as well as wanting to upgrade one of the servers and migrate all of the software as well (possibly to a cloud based solution). We are in immediate need of help to get the existing sites performing as normal, and assistance with planning and executing the upgrade. This would be an ongoing hourly engagement as it wouldn't be possible to estimate I wouldn't think. We'd like to have the ability to have on-call help as well, including after hours. Security is a major concern, so we'll need assurances that you can honor non-disclosure agreements and confidentiality.
