Drupal 7/8 Module: Module To Create XML Sitemaps But With Focus On Stability - repost 2

I am not satisfied with the current Drupal sitemap module, it's buggy and unreliable and does not support the module Scheduler I would like you to develop a brand new (from scratch) module for Drupal 7 that supports Drupal 8 too and can create XML sitemaps for all nodes including articles, pages, taxonomy, etc ... with a focus on: Stability And EASY rebuilding that includes all nodes even if they were scheduled (SUPPORT FOR MODULE SCHEDULER!) This should be ONE module, not one module with many submodules AND it should be able to recognize videos to create a [login to view URL] My budget is $200 for the entire module plus bonus for the video-sitemap.
