I would like a little application to allow users to select options through a series of button choices or drop down menus that will eventually prompt for a list of text boxes based on the end result of the choices they made from the menus. After the text boxes are filled they can click a button that will open a window with that text formatted in a certain manner with some "canned" directions for headers in certain sections.
I would like a simple splash screen with a logo and contact info (with a simple animated line at the top). Lastly I would like it to prompt for a very simple registration/key request upon install. It should generate some sort of code # that can be entered onto a web form that would simply record the users contact info and with the value of the install code # the form would email a new activation code that the app would accept. I will take care of the web form/calculation portion (unless this is something you already have setup and can easily provide).
I am open to other protection/registration suggestions too. I want to be able to edit the options and "canned" text/formatting when required and have access to Visual studio. I prefer to have this done in visual studio unless you can persuade me why another language should be used. That way I can upgrade options, text, and format from some sort of protected file or something. Maybe you have better ideas.
