Website Data Parsing - Windows Application

I need a windows application that can parse two websites and return product listing information. This product data should be viewable within the program in a spreadsheet type view, to allow the user to easily read the data and sort it. It should also separate the top items in the returned parsing search and also create a summary view including real time bar graphs. The program will need to have the functions of allowing users to define criteria for parsing the data such as categories, price limits, etc. You must create an efficient and FAST routine for parsing thousands upon thousands of products in the fastest and most reliable way possible. It should be highly accurate and parse the correct data. The program should be extremely stable and be able to support possibly up to 50,000 parsed product listings at once. It should have features such as, a limited demo version, save/open searches, flag products within searches, specify search criteria, sort data by column in spreadsheet view, password protect program/demo to unlock all features, update software feature. Also there will need to be constant minor updates to account for any site & data changes on the two sites the program parses from, so you should be available to make very quick updates.
