Linux to Windows Program Port

Hi coders! I have a program called "ScaffoldSelection" that is currently compiled under Linux with g++ 4.2. The code was given to me, and unfortunately, I don't run a linuxbox. However, I have looked through the code, and it looks like it should run fine on a windows machine. That being said, I know nothing about C++ compiling, so I need a coder to complete the work for me. The program is dependent on BALL ([login to view URL]) and Boost ([login to view URL]), so those need to be built for windows as well (there is doc for those though).
