Yellow pages

This project is basicly a yellow pages/business directory and allso a white pages section (for private listings, people search) software with a lot of functions, not just search and result. I would like a admin interface that can controll everything, a customer interface where the client can adjust edit/add there listing and a "Seller" interface, where a sellar can add/edit a customer and send out order comfirmations and find information about the costumers and so on. This software must allso be made so clean that another person can go in and change something if its nesesery. And allso be made so it can be upgraded and worked with. The text on the interface have to be made so the language can be changed easily. Prefered is a multilanguage function. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [[login to view URL]][1] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)The same seller must be willing to make changes until i (the buyer) am satisfied with the end product. In, ofcourse a resonable timespan. 5)the complete "wishlist" of how the software is going to function and what interfaces there are to be made will be given the seller at the time of agreement. Ofcourse there will not be something out of propotion. ## Platform i prefer to listen to you coders on this one, what language will make this application work best, some says PHP and apache, other JSP and Tomcat. This will be a web interface so it must be a web interpretet language eks: PHP, java, c, asp, asp.net etc
