Website Clean Up

I'm not extremely technology savvy, and I'm looking for someone that would be willing to help me maintain my dance camp website. I purchased this template a couple of years ago, and I am not sure what it all includes. I hired someone initially to help set it up, but since have had a hard time finding someone who I can work soley with to maintain it. I have tried learning how to work on the website myself, but I don't feel I am getting the results I would ultimately like. I would like to be able to work with someone who I can communicate with easily whether it be by phone or email. Since I do not know all of the correct jargon for this stuff I hope that the description of things below are clear enough. Here is a list of items I would like to see fixed or changed. Photos added and deleted, video clips or slide show of new camp location, an online application, an online waiting list form, a brochure request form, online payment (I have quickbooks credit card software) music on home page taken off or changed, a counting device tracking the number of people who visit the site, the logo on each page needs to be updated, Top 10 list on Services page reformatted to fit in a box, the margins of the last 6 pages, after the home and about us, are too wide and are bleading off the pages. The flash images and text need to be fixed as well. There may be other things that come up during the project. I am totally open to suggestions that will make the website rock! Thanks!
