Web-base POS System on ASP.NET

We're looking for a web based POS system (working existingly) that written with ASP.NET or equivalent. We need to have ownership of the source code. The POS application should provide quick registering of charges and prints sales receipts, choice of picking up customer codes to track regular customer sales, come with multiple tender modes and preferably can track for customer or members' loyalty-points. We are looking for some basic general accounting functions with inventory tracking. For our evaluation of bids, please provide screen shots or links to any application demo. We are not looking for a brand-new development as the debugging & testing phase would be too long. Therefore an existing web POS system for sale would be great. Upon completion of the working system, we will give a one-off bonus upon sucessful and on-time delivery. Due to the fact we have 3 outlets of different geographical locations, and need to manage the member sales & loyalty points in real time, a centralized web-based DB is desired. We like the program to be on ASP.NET but can accept alternative proposals if technically not feasible (since we require the system to support keyboard, mouse, barcode scanner, pole display, standard receipt printers (with Windows drivers) and can activate cash drawers).
