Please do not bid if you do not have an existing mail crawler. We need someone with an existing crawler to modify it to do the following: 1) Search yahoo for a keyword 2) Crawl backlinks (yahoo) from all sites appearing for that keyword (allow crawling of all 1000 sites which yahoo delivers, but allow this number to be limited) 3) Spider each index page to locate the contact page on each site and store one email (allow us to choose keywords to help find the contact page) The purpose of this software is to find webmasters who have sites on a specific topic. Not to find as many emails as possible! We will want other modifications, but that will be the next project once you have shown us what you can do. We also need you to supply us the source code for your application.
