29075 UK coder as business partner

Hi, I'm trying to find a UK programmer to join me as a full partner in my start up business. I've commissioned various software projects through scriptlance and similar freelance sites for my own use. But I'm looking to develop these projects further and license them for sale. To do this I need to create a partnership with someone in the UK. If you are a programmer that wants to do more than work for someone else, or already do freelance work but want to branch out into a partnership then please let me know. All of my projects are related to online gambling and I already have 2 programs that are very sellable if I find someone to develop them further. There is a strong market for the software I work with but I do not have the know how to develop them myself or the capital to pay a large company to develop them for me. One project is a complicated php server based program than needs to be developed into a desktop program and needs ongoing support and the other is a simpler .net program. And also I have a pipeline of other marketable programs/ideas. My background is in sales and marketing and the gambling industry. I want to work with a skilled programmer also interested in gambling industry. Cheers
