148992 simple php admin needs changes

I have a simple admin panel that runs an html site front-end - so admin can login and click on pages and edit the content of the page. see example at [login to view URL] I just need to add a new program to insurance section - on the left nav and a section in the admin - so the admin can change the content of this new page. last edit like this took 15mins from a solid php coder.
