80854 Banner Network Script in PHP

THIS IS A REPOST, seems the person who bid on this last time wasn't able to complete it so here goes ... Ok I am looking for a banner network program that will track clicks, exposures and ratio. The difference with this program is this, I will be running a banner network for women, where I will have a 'channel' bar, each person that signs up to become a channel partner will have a unique code they must place at the top of their site. This code with be in HTML with other items such as my banner, etc but will also include the coding to the banner, I want to offer a commission to these websites that get others to purchase advertising/products from my main website. The banner must be able to track individual partners clicks, exposures and ratio. This is how one will be know who's bringing the main network the hits. Banner code has to be something like: [login to view URL] banner=banner1 would just signify which banner it was. Ex. Banner 1 = bath and body products Banner 2 - Advertising Banner I will also need forms that when a visitor clicks on the banner depending what the banner represents that it will know WHO sent them to the site. (THAT IS WHAT clickid=PARTNERSITE means) I can provide the forms but you would have to encode them to include the partner site ID. For instance I have a banner showing on one of the partner sites that is to purchase a product (let's say the product is soap) they are brought to the soap orderform, if it were advertising they are brough to the advertising orderform. This must be done quickly and efficiently. Payment terms: Payment will be paid ONLY after completion of product and testing has been done on MY server.
