photo retouch - Day to Dusk conversion - realestate - 24x7 support required

We're looking for someone who can help us with converting day to dusk images. Photos are taken during day time so need to remove shadow, change sky, patch up grass, colors, manage window lights etc. to match up with the attached sample. I would like you to send me your sample of work through chat before I allocate work to you. We've plenty of work so if you're good at it we can offer regular touch up jobs and I can start with giving 50 photos to 100 photos but I prefer someone who's photographer and or running a team of photographers and knows what exactly he's doing. Budget wise we locally pay $1.5 AUD/image but we're after someone or entity who can offer 24 x 7 support and provide psd files with multiple layers so for minor touch up we can just do it rather back and forth as we're running tight on the timeline. Sample is attached and we need someone who can deliver this kind of quality within few hours to 6 hours max per image. If you've read entire message just mentioned in chat or proposal that you've read my requirements and your quote per image in the proposal is mandatory. Also in the sample please send me your before and after image so we know your skill straightaway.
