A graduation Project

Hello, my son is about to graduate in IT and is required to write a graduation project and thereafter to demonstrate to the tuitor that it could be implemented. The assignment is one but is made of two parts: Part A:the written part; Part B: the demonstration part. My son does not know progrmming codes and techniques as you will recognize that even if lecturers touch on these things they do not go deep in them. Please quote for me your fees for the assignment and remember time is fof the essence.
