Create 2x PDF Templates using our background. Invoice & Delivery Note

I require the freelancer to use 2 templates scanned copies of the invoice and delivery note. I require 1x invoice to have a PDF template. Which will look like the actual invoice but only print the relevant fields, this document should have option to save as PDF with button, Print PDF, email PDF i.e auto attach to outlook email. 1x Invoice 1x Delivery note both are a4 and all measurements to be exact so when printing this works perfect. I will attach files to the freelancer to use. Ensure this looks like the actual invoice but only fields which can be written are the blanks for delivery address, customer address, order number, date, invoice VAT to be calculated automatically. Templates will be completely tested and working before release. Thanks
