My printer isn't working right, the scan to email function is not working. it's a Brother printer MFC-9330CDW and it's connected to SMTP and Wifi but somehow not working. It's up 2 date and even the firmware has been updated but nothing works. Please help with my printer bug thanks! Connection is remote via Anydesk.
