409848 payment system for paypal

A general view of the payment system to be done on the Geonisium site I wrote a book with five chapters the first one is free and the four other one are sold $3.00 dollar each. Here is a general view that i think got to be done. In the description below some items might be taken off or some item not mention be added to complet that job. I am not a programmer you can tell what is best in that case for the payment of my chapters. The index page (first page) I had the payment system made by an other programmer who did'nt finish it the way i wanted. It is why i have this job finished by an other one. I don't think what is left to do will be very difficult for an experience programmer. So i hope the one who will bit on this project will have experience in the payment system with paypal and know what he is biting for at the right price. There is no way to boost up the bid after accepted. (Finding some extra not mention in this job overview) I want to have that site working smootly that is all. I will pay when the job will be done. Here is what i want. 1- To place the title and the logo in the center on all the pages see at the bottom of the first page: The logo and the text :this is a w......... is off center. On my computer it is ok but on the net it is not coming in the center. The intro page (second page) 2- Have the email working properly at the bottom of the pages. When the client click on the link's map of chapter one it goes at the free chapter one. 3- When the client click on the link next to chapter no2 it open the no 2 chapter overview. ( All the chapter have the same building form) 4- When the client click the enter link at the bottom it bring him to the order form The Order form page. 5- I let the progammer to build that page his way but to be builded to work smootly. P.S- All the chapters have the same order form. The client fill the form. 6-When he submit his order if he did'nt fill right the form or he did'nt enter a valid email he recive a warning that he have too enter what is missing. He accept the agrement (Load time 48 hours) after that time his password become obsolete and he will have to pay again. 7- At submit it make a link to the money brookers (Paypal) to pay his chapter and to be registered as a new client 8- Receive a confirmation for genosium by paypal, that the chapter have been paid. 9- Also the client receive a confirmation to his email address and a password to load the chapter(s) that he have paid for. Good for (48 hours) He go on a link where he will find a login box to enter his password and load the chapter(s) he bouth. 10- AFTER HIS CHAPTER (S) ARE LOADED HE CAN'T LOAD THEM AGAIN AN OTHER TIME 11-Have the byer name save in a file on our hard disk by their name in order and the date they bouth the chapter(s) for a verification in case of dispute. 12-Prevent the loading of all the chapters when paid for only one. It as to be impossible. Also to have the chapter crypted to do not be able to copy and paste them. 13- Also the email is not working properly at the bottom of the order form page. 14-The sand box is installed on paypal so i can make the payment test. But i don't know how to make it work. I think that you have an overview of the job to be done that i want. As i said most of it as been done but i know that there is some more work to do to have the payment system working properly. It is only a resume that i think off, i am not a programmer you know better then me what to do. As you know i have all ready paid for this job who is not finished and not done as i liked. It is also important that the ftp site woork so i can update the file easly from my file on the left to the files i updated on the right who goes on the net. The way it is now i can't do no update for the right side file who goes on the net. Think twice before making a bid on that project. Don't make a lower bid thinking i will accept a raise of the bid after accepted. I will not take the lower or the higher. You need to know the job right before making a bid. I don't want to be in the same trouble again. As i said you will be paid when the job will be done and working smootly you have to understand that cleary.
