Actually I need the exact error of your installation. I am not that sure if if its same case I encountered before but I had an error with the TAP driver. What I did was to uninstall the antivirus, phone softwares, delete all any virtual network drivers. Create a new user with admin rights and reinstalled the vpn software using that user. Hope this helps.
