PowerApp for tracking working goals and results

Hi Sir/Madam, I have been working on Office 365 for 7 years. I have experience with SharePoint, Project, PowerApps, Teams, Flow, PowerBI, Planner and Office Plugin. I developed four mobile/tablet apps like inspection, handover protocol, trade management apps. I developed those forms as canvas and model driven apps. I can make the custom connector, form to pdf convert, putting the form into teams tab, etc. I used the Sharepoint, Local Sql server, azure sql server as a database for PowerApps app. You can check my freelancer profile to see my previous experience.
