Crash Pad is an app concept that is set to revolutionize the off-campus Housing market for college students. Colleges are facing steep increases in student enrollment, with this great increase they are unable to build housing fast enough to provide four years of housing for incoming students. Students are being forced to live off-campus and no efficient solution for finding off-campus housing currently exists. Currently students are utilizing word of mouth and Facebook to find off-campus housing but its inefficient. Crash Pad is the solution. Crash Pad will clearly display local available off-campus housing options via a map and a scroll menu. Students will be able to clearly select their budget and timeframe they would like to rent for to view ideal properties for them. The app will provide all legal documents necessary for rental and parents can sign in app as guarantors on the lease. Further billing can occur in app via credit card or direct bank transfer. Crash Pad will forever change the face of off-campus housing and will put properties at the fingertips of the college generation who have more cash in pocket then ever before. We are seeking an app developer to build us a IPhone app. We are not just looking to write someone a check for there work but we are looking for an equity partner. Someone willing to stay involved with our app long term and exchange there services for a percentage of our company. We are penetrating a billion dollar company and with the current valuations being produced in the tech bubble we see this as being a very lucrative opportunity in which all of us can walk away wealthy.

Hello! I have significant experience in working with Cocoa and other Apple frameworks, but based on your description, it sounds as if you'd like this app to be applicable to a much wider audience. I would propose a cross-platform web app, which is accessible to users on all platforms, and scales well to all sizes of devices, with no extra effort on either of our parts. I have even more experience in web development of various scales. I've worked on simple projects, such as Trakr, a tracking app which integrates with a native mobile client, through to the more complex HashtagLocator, which allows users to locate people tweeting hastags on a map. I've also worked on even larger projects, including D2DPro, an app which allows a company to manage all of it's sales leads and workers! I will be able to complete this portion of the project very quickly, and I can certainly see the incredible potential from an app like this - simplifying living accommodations for college and university students is a field that will not disappear.
