Good evening! I am a certified network engineer with more than 10 years of experience in networking. The 2nd public IP can be assigned to your NAS, but for this you need to make a bridge on ISP Modem and the ASUS router. It is much easier to configure TCP / UDP port forwarding on your NAS to work with it over the primary public IP.
