Project: Bluetooth Proximity Program

Seeking a Freelance Developer to develop a Bluetooth Proximity Software Program. Such a program must be able to send the following types of files (JPEG,GIF,vCard,MP3/4,MP4,txt and so on)to device cablable to receiving such content via Bluetooth. Such devices can be but not limited to cell phones, laptop and PDAs of most, if not all makes and models. Main requirements: 1. Control Remotely from Internet, Remote TCP/IP management. 2. It must be able to generate reports By Campaign type or name and beable to display results in text and charts. 3. Able to upload and broadcast advertising campaings and contents. 4. Automatic campaign programming for delivery at certain specified minutes, hours, days, years, random, etc. 6. Able to restart after power failure. 7. Remotely reboot from the internet 8. Ability to run even after internet connection has been lost 9. View success failure data updated hourly 10. Password protected as an option into applications 11. Able to restart after power failure. 12. Sending content to different types of mobile phones (nokia, sony ericsson ..) 13. Must be able to deliver to as many Bluetooth devices as possible 14. No spammin, content must bew sent by permission only 15. Automatically Add people that deny permission to a list of never to send message again for a given time. 16. Must be able to run and function using Windows XPe and/or Windows Embedded Standard. 17. Built in report generator to show campaign success and failure. 18. Software must have a built in security so that it cannot be shared. 19. Ability to scanand view available devices. 20. Ability to run in the background of the computer. 21. Software must be password protected. 22. Allow it to be downloadable to any machine or user that wants to test it. 23. Easy to install and use with all necessary drivers included in the installation package 24. Software Restart, reboot remotely 25. Tracking of devices historically so that the same content is not delivered to the same device twice 26. Must be able to allow a 7-day trial of end product. 27. Allow only to be issued to a used via Key or license generator 28. Content to be delivered via Bluetooth device to be Video, JPEG, TXT etc. 29. Log accepts and rejects by campaigns. 30. Able to store a history of reports and able to go back at least 3 months. 31. Option to send different campaigns from at the same time 32. The system should be able to determine if the handset had rejected to receive the content of a campaign and the number of retries must be configurable through web interface. If another campaign is set, the system must retry to send the content as many times as it were configured.
