i have a small program which needs 2 modifications : the purpose of the program is that when a video file (like .mp4/.avi/...) are run then a new row appears on the list (see screenshot [login to view URL]), it's working fine on win7 but not working on win10 - task1, fix the issue so it can work on win10 - task2, make the list to be saved in a simple [login to view URL] file instead of being saved on the localstorage

Sounds easy enough, but the main question is what exactly isn't working on Windows 10? Can it not install, does it fail to start, does it crash, or does it just not behave how you expect it to? It could be something simple like a .NET Framework version not being installed properly, or some third party dependency. I'd have to get some more detail or the source code to advise, I can spin up my own Windows 10 virtual machine and test it thoroughly.
