Hi, I will develop the program in VB.NET and depending on how easily I can connect to your database remotely or via a remote desktop connection(that will allow me to run the test in your environment) it should take about 4 hours. I will need to add a table to your sql database for report layouts. I could then later on give you the facility to build your own reports(not part of this quote) I have many years of experience in building applications in VB6 and VB.NET and you will not be disappointed.
