ASP.NET x3 webpages/mysql

I require some assistance in creating a basic asp.net page that allows me to enter data into my database and at the same time see the data live as well. For this project I am using Visual Studio Enterprise 2015, so I will need from you the complete source that will allow me to publish direct to the website. Requirements: 1. A simple webpage that allows me to enter data into several fields and submit that data to the database. 2. A second page that will display the data that I have entered and also give me the option to edit/delete the data. 3. A third page, this page will be the beginning of the other 2 pages, this will be an administration page, allowing me to login using my email and a random password. You do not need access to my server, you will not be given access to the server. This is nothing complex. All source is to be documented, so I can understand what is happening. This setup is basically for me to understand how the data is sent to the database and how its captured and sent back to the asp page. Once the project has been completed on your end and I have tested the project and its working, I will release the funds. This basic project for me is also a stepping stone to a larger project down the track. Your English skills have to be 150%, you'll need to be able to speak fluently in English and understand everything I am saying. Thank you
