I think to implement a complex listview there where user will be able to scroll messages to reveal hidden parts, if the list of messages will be long for showing it completely. Hello, I can do this project for you since I have done such things before. The SMSs are already stored in an Android database on the phone (content://sms/inbox). They can be accessed if the user grants the READ_SMS permission. I can also make you the slider as wanted (it is a custom thing so it will take me some time).
