I am wanting an wallpaper application that I can add and change wallpapers in the application as updates to the application. It will need to be phone and tablet compatible. I want it to be white label, and easy to change logo, name, and included backgrounds for a non-tech savvy person to be able to upload to markets. It needs to have a set wallpaper button for the photos, an easy way to scroll and browse photos, be fast, responsive, and be compatible with android 3.0 and newer.
