Write an Android application

I run a live auction in an auction house. I want to achieve the following. I want to issue each bidder( identified by a bidder number) the ability to notify the auction clerk that they are bidding. The clerk must be able to see on his computer screen which bidder is the most recent to place a bid. As auctions may be held in many different ways, Here are some examples: 20 people are registered for the auction and have been issued a buyers Number , These people have the “special auction app” on their phone. An item is placed up for bid. The live auctioneer asks for a starting bid on the item by saying “ Who will bid $1 ? the first person (buyer number twelve) to “click” or “push” their bidders button is the current high bidder and his buyers number (12) is shown on the clerks screen as the high bidder. The auctioneer says “ I have a $1 bid , will anyone bid $2? A second bidder ( perhaps buyer number 8) now “clicks” and number 8 is now displayed as the high bidder. When the bidding stops, the clerk records the final buyers number as the winner of the item. Another way to use the system: An item is placed up for bid. The Auctioneer begins by asking a high price and systematically reducing the price asked for until one person hits the “click” button. That person is the winner. An Important point is that regardless of how many people push the button at or near the same time, that it registers only the first person that bids for the increment that is being called for. Example: if three people press their button during a call for a $50 bid, Only the first bidder is accepted and any others are blocked out. This only needs to work inhouse and not on the internet.
