We have a Smart Meter that uses a specific protocol to communicate with Collector Device and to the Server. We would like to build s simple responsive website to send commands to this meter (through the Collector Device) and display the response. At this project we just need to do three functions: Reading the consumption for a meter, displaying graph of the consumption history, and control one of the meter's parameters. Later we can extend the functions. Applicants must be familiar with client-server communication. We will share with you the protocol for this Smart Meter.
