Replicate a simple iPhone app

App is a four screen tab bar app. [login to view URL] Tab 1 is a map view that shows certain hotels on it. Has a search box to search for hotels or points of interest. Each hotel has a callout that shows the hotel name and a status. Tapping the callout accessory takes the user to the details screen. Details screen explained below. User can search for points of interest. If one is found and tapped, user can see a details screen for this site. Tab 2 is a table view, or list of hotels that meet a certain requirement. Tapping a cell in the list takes the user to the Details screen, explained below. Tab 3 is a table view, or list of hotels that meet a different requirement. Tapping a cell in the list takes the user to the Details screen, explained below. Tab 4 is an About screen with text and a couple of images. Details screen is similar to a business's or individual's entry in the built-in Contacts app. Also similar to the info screen the user sees when looking up a specific business using Apple Map app. From the top the cells are: A cell with the hotel or point of interest name. The background is either a street view or satellite image of the location. Next cells are telephone number and website URL. Tapping the phone number calls the number of course, and tapping the URL takes user to that site using the built-in web browser. The next cell is for the Address. Has two subtitles, Directions to Here and Directions from Here. Tapping on either of those takes the user to the built-in or preferred Map app for navigation. The final cell is Add to Contacts, so the user can save this info to their address book. Every time the app starts or comes to the foreground, it reads a remote URL to get the datetime the hotel data was last updated in the database. If the datetime is newer than the last datetime the app checked, it reads a remote URL to get all the hotel data in JSON format. The developer will need to post the finished app to Google Play and fix any bugs found within the first six months.
