We've created a subscription based Peloton Cycle-type app for indoor rowing, but there are a few new features we want to add prior to launching to the indoor rowing community. There will be follow on work to create an admin panel and to incorporate feedback from our initial group of users. Objective Implement new features, clean up existing features, and prepare the app for store submission. Technical Skills - - React Native (Expo Kit) - TypeScript - Elastic Search - Heroku - Preferably a B.S or M.S. in CS or related fields. - Knowledge in functional / object oriented programming, - Knowledge of algorithms / data structures. - Experience making time / value tradeoffs in software design (tech. debt vs. development). Milestone 1: - Live Streaming: Live video can be streamed to and between subscribers. - Badges: Show badges/icons on a user’s profile when they reach various milestones (TBD). - Cleanup: Continue working with Owner to identify and fix various bugs.
