need help to get signed apk with few changes in source code in android studio

I have a source code which I can open in android studio but unable to get the signed apk from it. I needed an expert to help me in doing the following; 1. change the codes of ads and add the ad code for reward video ads to make it free from ads. 2. change the icon, title and splash image of the application. 3. to select the specific api level to support the android os. the person who will help me this in my budget will get the next project from me as soon as this got finished.
