An Android VoIP application works correctly by registering to the server and making SIP voice calls. However, after approximately 15 minutes of idle registration, attempts to call fail with '408 Request Timeout' error, as seen in Logcat. The task is to solve this error so that these calls can be established normally.

Worked on Call Manger 5.X onwards, Unity connection, Gateways. Added advantage of Cisco background Cisco TAC. Will understand network better based on call flow and troubleshoot the issue. Is there any Call Manager involved, any gateways involved in call flow? Worked on a couple of issue for 408 timeout in different work environment.
