Crop Record Management App (Android & iOS)

In need of a crop record management App, with the following features, 1. Field Manager 2. Crop Manager 3. Inventory Manager 4. Weather Forecast 5. Income/Expense Manager 6. Tasks 7. Reports 8. Human Resource Manager 9. In-App notifications, and Phone Notifications The App should be offline, but with sign up page, for users to register. User should be able to syncronize his data in case he gets online, such that in case he loses his device, he can always retrieve his farm data Please only bid if you can handle both android and iOS; you should be fluent in English, for easy communication, and also fast in programming, but with high quality work You should be able to start immediately, and all must be complete in not more than 40 days, for both iPhone and iOS You should provide clean code, thats understandable, so other developers can build on, from where you will stop from. Few changes will be made along the way, with small more suggestions, additions; so it shouldnt upset you, and hope you wont ask for increase in budget after we have agreed. NB: 1.
