Create a Fitness Exercise Database for iPhone App

Hello all. *****PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE ***** We are creating a fitness iPhone app. We require you to create an entire database of fitness exercises. This includes 1000+ exercises. Kindly see [login to view URL] and/or Fitness Buddy app. ***1) You will be required to create a CSV database of all exercises with vector illustrators like so: [login to view URL] **** You will provide the following for each exercise: NAME, DESCRIPTION OF EXERCISE, and 2 PICTURES OF EACH EXERCISE (One for initial position and one for after position). Please note we will require rights for usage of ALL images for mainstream publishing on the apple app store. You will need to create ENTIRE library in 1 WEEK. To be shortlisted: 1) It would be highly beneficial if you have a pre-existing database you can give us the rights to use. 2) You will need to provide samples of the pictures and the descriptions. 3) You will need to create the entire library in 1 week.
