I'm looking at building out an app to compete with TikTok app. This is like a social media app for music videos created by users. Voice overs and music mashups. App needed for apple and android and needs to be future proof for edits. I'm looking for someone to create the apps and work with me in the future for new ideas and edits. Please submit accurate quote now low ball quote and high it later. With you quote can you tell me: 1. If you know the tiktok app and have worked on anything similar:? 2. If you can include all the features tiktok current has with also leaving the apps the ability to upgrade in the future? 3. That you will not be asking for money upfront. some stage payment will be made as the project progresses but majority of the money will be paid on complete. (if you dont want to work like this then dont bid) 4. That you will make the app 100% to my satisfaction before i release the final payment? 5. That you happy to work with me in the future for upgrades and further works. I want long term relationship and have other projects in the pipeline.
