Build me an app

I want to create a social media app. The layout needs to be simple, but elegant that gives you a premium feel. The app should be user friendly, and should have the following features: 1. Feeds option (for insights from admin on various topics) 2. Trending option (for showing trending posts on various topics) 3. Subscription categories for users 4. options for users to create their accounts and manage them 5. preset templates available for users to upload their work/pictures 6. option to create pages, groups and communities 7. chat option to be available for users 8. like, comment and share option available for users 9. privacy option for each post 10. upload options - text, photos, short videos (Min 30 sec. to max 1 min) 11. text to be uploaded only in a set template to be used for poems or short stories 12. each upload will have a flip-side for the user to add details about the upload 13. different templates for users for their accounts 14. filters for users for their uploads - specific to enhance their art I am open to app further layout and design ideas from the developer.
