I have worked with BLE beacon previously and I am able to do this too. I have 3 years of experience in android app development with BLE component.

i had a experience in developing a app to read and decode beacon data if required ill send a video of my closed source project doing same thing will provide workable app within less than 3 day, bidding for five days just to be sure 15 meter range constraint depends on beacon transmitter power and android sensitivity, and it is independent of application being developed this bid is only for adding beacon reception and decoding capability to your existing app please provide detailed protocol specifications before starting of project Thanks & regards Anuj Pathak
