Google Maps App that allows users to submit Markers.

I rather have this built in jquerymobile or sencha: App shows default map centered always to a especific coordenates and zoom. App will show markers that other users submited. When you submit a new marker it will ask you for a label (input text). Marker/Pin whill show the label and time when it was submitted. I would really like to be able to add the marker by holding/tapping on themap for 2 seconds. Let me know if you have more questions.
