run specific commands on pc using android mobile over bluetooth and wi-fi

Hello, I need a android bade software (including client for PC) which can run a list of commands on pc. also it can connect to multiple pc's at a time and should indicate all pc's in GUI. touching or clicking on a indication should open a command list to execute. also it can take input of password which can be used by pc client. in nut shell I want a software which can unlock pc's by connecting a particular android. multi pc's with single phone. and pressing emergency button can shutdown all pc's. i need to pass some passwords to some other software so pc inter phase should run command line with given password through mobile. for any query contact me.
