border of aquaculture farms on the map

There are aquaculture farm and island coastal line data. The aquaculture farms are consist of abalone farm, laver, oyster, seaweed, etc. I'd like to delimit the aquaculture farms and get the coordinates. Some farms are small and some are big. I'd like to draw the boundaries of the farm. And then I'd like to get the position (longitude and latitude) of the boundaries. You can apply any algorithm. I hope it's a reasonable algorithm for this data. Please refrain from the manual method. I uploaded the whole data. The data is matlab mat file. please read the attached powerpoint slides. I've drawn some of the borders by hand. I hope this results. There are too many farms to draw by hand, but I hope the border is drawn automatically by some algorithm. anyway, I'd like to extract the position of vertexes on boundaries.
