I am working with an Australian client on a similar project . He has a wedding business and he gets around 100-200 incoming leads a month depending on the wedding season. I make the first contact with the leads, follow up with them. Some are closed on the first call, others can take a couple of follow ups before they book and then there are some who change plans and the leads are lost. However, the website business seems to have ample opportunities for an up-sell or a cross-sell and a lead will never really be lost as the prospect is going to get a website made at some point because he or she is running a business.
