SMS TEXT MARKETING TO INTERNAL DATA BASE

This project deals with sending text messages to phone. Have a notification sent to phone: *To work for all phone platforms meaning it will just send a SMS text message, so it will be using a texting service or a internet software or some type of way of sending SMS texting message on the phone. *The option to reply back when receiving a text message: *By saying "y" for Yes and "n" for No *Stop to stop sending notification so it will state "Message texts are now off". *Also a way to reactivate an account if the person types. by stating "Reply on to turn them back on. Have setting options to change things through our website: *Add times to send messages. *To add data. either by excel file or other ways. *Remove data (deleting files or phones numbers) *Know who is on the list meaning which phone numbers( which are on the send list, which are on the Stop list (don't send anymore) also must be able to read responses from texts, need this project done immediately 2100 total text messages to be sent out Total amount I'll pay is $50 dollars
