Quick Magento task done for me

I need professional installation of the following magento extensions to my website at www.bridaldresstoronto.com. 1. "Sort by Date". This extension is for sorting new products on the top of oldest. (I have this extension uploaded, you need just to install it) 2. "Product inquiry". The extension should come up in every item/product I have and allow visitors to send inquiry for that particular item. (I do not have this extension) 3. "Custom form". I need this extension to create a Dress Order Form. (I do not have this extension) 4. "Downloadable .pdf file". I need this extension to allow my customers to download .pdf file from pages and from item/product description pages. (I do not have this extension). Please quote me ONLY if you have extensions listed in points 2,3 and 4 and you can properly install all 4 extensions to my website. I need it done asap.
