Magento frontend product category list

I need the right person to configure a magento 1.6.x test environment, to be able to list the products in product categories to include some preconfigured product attributes (9 attributes, ie Name, Photo, Hight, Price, Describtion) Each product on the list shall have the attributes presented horisontal (see attached). If we get a good relation established on this very little task I/we are ready to enter a longer and more permanet business relationship with large and more frequent projects.
