I want to build an anomaly detection algorithm to detect two specific Anomalies in a wide range of financial assets on specific time frame going back 30+ years. I want to be able to key in the assets I want to focus on and the time frame and look back period and then for it to spit out a scatter plot with and x axis showing Momentum, y axis showing mean reversion and middle showing zero or random walk.
