Dumpling King Logo creation

I am a small business owner looking to open my first Chinese Dumpling Bistro. I am reaching out because i need to have a logo designed. Our bistro is surrounded by offices and with a multitude of residential apartment complexes. Which is why, we want our brand to be felt by each and every customer through all touch points. At this stage, it is crucial to have a solid logo that would be a strong mark of the brand and versatile enough that we could put in on our shop front, menu, social media platforms, delivery platforms, packaging and apparel etc... Timeline: I do want to move fast but fast enough for you to be comfortable delivering quality design. Currently, the shop is at its renovation stage which is going to take 3 weeks time and by then it will only take us another 2 weeks to get the kitchen/staff ready. However, we decided to launch by mid-July given the current situation with the virus. For this, It would be ideal to have a logo ready in 3 to 4 weeks time.  If i am pleased with the work this could stretch to menu/ apparel/ packaging design as well. Important Notes:  After much thinking, we decided to call our restaurant, Dumpling King. The concept is to have a dumpling bistro which offers delicious handmade dumplings (ex: pork & chives, chicken & cabbage, vegan dumplings etc..), classic Northern Chinese dishes (ex: honey walnut shrimp, Mongolian beef, Kung Pao chicken etc...) and fried rice, fried noodles, soups and appetisers. The restaurant is surrounded by a lot of white-collar workers (mostly Caucasian) who come to wind down and have lunch before they head back to work. Our interior Design is fresh and have that feel good atmosphere to it.  I would like the design work to appeal to the Caucasian population. The only Chinese letters which we may include is the translation of "Dumpling King" but in a very subtle way.  My previous designer asked me this question which i thought might be useful to you: if you could think about three words to describe the feeling of your business, that would be great. I answered: Fast Casual because it is sort of a dumpling bistro yet people still feel good about the ambience while eating there. I do not want people to feel that is it expensive to come in and eat by the look of it. To sum it up "Everybody is welcome." Lively.  So i am imagining our kitchen being very busy handling takeaway/deliveries and walk-ins. Office people ordering during their lunch break having a quick bite, staff seating customers queued at the door, deliveries being packaged... People dining in with their friends and family so plenty of activity when things start to come back to normal with the virus. Flavourful because everything is full of flavour like our Pork & chives dumplings! I have attached the interior design concept which could help give you a visual direction.
