i worked on a 3D animation studio as concept artist i know a lot about pre production and workflow for projects in animation same knowledge can work on other projects as videogames i really dont think you need 20 characters to start. but if thats the goal there has to be a reasonable time to do it taking that i could make about 3 sketches per day to pick one and then at the next day paint it plus giving 3 more sketches for next character. there will have to be some quick desitions and not to picky about the characters but it can be done in about 40 days. hurrying up a lot i hope you consider my application for this job. alouth my price is a lot higher, but for the quantity of work and self experience. i hope you find what you look for in this market. quality does equals the quantity of money you are paying for and time spend. have a great day!
